Before we can become the Boss, or indeed, even a clerk or janitor, we need training on the job requirements. What exactly needs done and how do I do it? What are the details? How can I perform tasks better and more efficiently? Learn about the job you want to do, the task you want to perform before you dive headfirst to do it.

This card cautions the Querent to take time to learn, research, and undergo serious training. The results will be well worth the effort and energy and time expended.

Reversed: Card 41 indicates we have learned something incorrectly and must consider unlearning before relearning.
